We’re looking for an ambitious graduate with outbound calling experience to join Neudata on a 12-month commercial rotation. This program offers a deep dive into the fintech and events space, with the potential to transition into a permanent position within our global team. Neudata is the global leader in alternative and market data intelligence, helping investors, hedge funds and corporates discover, evaluate, and use data to make smarter decisions.
The Role: As a Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll dive into a high-energy, 12-month program where you’ll gain direct exposure to Neudata’s commercial operations. Your mission will be to engage and secure senior decision-makers for our world-class events, acting as a key face of the brand while integrating with our marketing, sales, and events teams to support their core objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-level attendance for our world-class in-person and virtual events by identifying and engaging senior investment professionals.
- Master the art of pitching and relationship management through direct interaction with elite industry stakeholders.
- Gain a 360-degree view of the business by rotating across Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to build a versatile commercial skillset.
- Fuel business growth by finding new leads, running event promotions, and making sure our global summits are a huge success.
- Contribute to high-priority commercial projects, giving you the opportunity to influence new strategies and business initiatives.
- Accelerate your professional development through ongoing mentorship and dedicated coaching from industry experts.
What You’ll Bring:
- You’re a graduate with experience in an outbound calling role, such as customer service, cold calling, or university fundraising.
- You’re a confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with senior-level professionals.

25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of service (up to 30 days), alongside one paid volunteering day and two paid study days per year. Hybrid and flexible working, including working from anywhere for up to 10 working days per year from a location of your choosing.
