We’re seeking a Senior Consultant to join Neudata’s growing Data Monetization Consulting practice. This role is centered on leading and delivering full consulting engagements, acting as the day-to-day engagement lead, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
You’ll work closely with our clients to shape problems, lead delivery teams, and turn complex data challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. Alongside delivery, you’ll support the growth of the practice by contributing to proposals, identifying follow-on opportunities, and collaborating with Practice Leads and Account Managers on new work. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading teams, and helping organisations unlock the value of their data.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, acting as the day-to-day client lead and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Structure and guide project work across data monetization strategy, pricing, go-to-market, and buyer validation
- Lead client meetings and working sessions, translating complex data and market inputs into clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor and support Consultants and Analysts, reviewing work and maintaining Neudata’s delivery standards
- Support commercial growth by contributing to proposals, identifying follow-on opportunities, and participating in selected pitches
- Build and share expertise in data monetization through internal frameworks, insights, and client-facing thought leadership
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in consulting, strategy, data, analytics, or a related advisory role
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end consulting engagements, not just individual workstreams
- Confident client-facing skills, including facilitating meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn analysis into practical business recommendations
- Solid understanding of data products, data strategy, or data monetization concepts
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where priorities and processes evolve
25 days’ annual leave, plus an extra day for each year of service (up to 30 days), alongside one paid volunteering day and two paid study days per year.
