About the Role:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you\’ll lead strategic customer relationships, driving adoption and long-term value from our client’s CDN solutions. This is a highly technical role, blending professional services with customer success, where you\’ll act as the technical quarterback during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement.

Our client is a cost-effective secondary CDN solution provider that enhances streaming quality and reduces latency through strategic partnerships with ISPs and advanced monitoring tools.
