This is a high-impact role for a Senior Solutions Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customers, and business outcomes. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor, leading proof-of-concepts, delivering demos, and owning the technical win with strategic enterprise customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with enterprise customers to help them design and implement secure software supply chain practices
- Present the platform’s technical capabilities and business value through in-depth demos and workshops
- Lead and own proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements end-to-end
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive successful customer outcomes
- Act as a technical champion throughout the sales and adoption lifecycle
- Design and size solutions based on customer requirements and architecture
- Deliver technical training to customers, prospects, and broader technical communities
- Represent the organisation at industry events, meetups, and conferences
- Provide customer-driven feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or Enterprise Pre-Sales roles
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customer champions and senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of modern cloud and enterprise architectures
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, including: Git-based workflows (e.g. GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), CI/CD Pipelines, tooling such as SCA, SAST, SBOM management, and/or container security
- Background in software development (Necessary)
- Exposure to MLOps tooling and practices is a plus
