Key Responsibilities:
- Building out investor presentations in PowerPoint
- Supporting due diligence of loan originators – usually new, private fintech companies
- Pricing and modeling securitizations either in Intex or in‑house models built in Python/Excel
Key Requirements / Qualifications:
- Quantitative degree preferred in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, computer science, or other quantitative disciplines
- 3–7 years of experience Tier 1 Buy‑side or Sell‑side experience in investment banking, securitization banking, asset‑based finance, asset‑backed securities portfolio management or asset‑based lending
- Must have extensive trading experience using Intex and interacting with the street
- Excellent technical proficiency in Excel/VBA; database and programming skills are a plus
- Extensive experience within securitization markets and the ability to analyze a specialty finance company and its assets
- Intellectually curious, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated and driven with the ability to work in a collaborative, demanding, and dynamic environment
