Neuberger Berman is seeking a junior qualified lawyer to support the EMEA legal team with corporate and investment management matters, emphasizing ESG rules and regulations. The role involves coordination with Legal and Compliance teams across the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan as needed.
The candidate will advise on new laws, update ESG compliance, draft and review a range of legal documents, and liaise with external counsel where required, contributing to the firm’s governance.
