Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and ambitious recent university graduate to join us as an intern for our institutional sales team, focused exclusively on large single family offices across the UK team in London. The team manages relationships with some of the most sophisticated investment structures in the region, delivering a broad multi‑asset platform spanning public and private markets. They work with investors across the suite of Neuberger investment solutions, including private equity, private credit, fixed income, real estate, secondaries, asset‑backed finance, and liquid alternatives. Beyond investment solutions, the team looks to operate as a genuine strategic partner to clients, partnering with Neuberger’s Solutions team, to provide analytical capabilities across client portfolios – from strategic asset allocation support, private market modelling, and public market solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with capital formation across asset classes (private equity, private debt, hedge funds, traditional equities, and fixed income)
- Assist relationship managers with all aspects of the sales process – from sourcing new client relationships to providing support to existing investors
- Produce compelling investment ideas to assist in marketing and distribution of NB solutions to clients
- Draft research (white papers, newsletters)
- Attend client meetings and events
- Work with investment teams to assist with client‑related follow‑ups
- Assist with certain client‑related administrative tasks
