Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with Payroll administrative and operational duties of an outsourced monthly EMEA & LA Payroll.
  • Assist with reviewing and validating payroll registers, pay slips, and month-end reporting duties.
  • Support senior team member(s) with all aspects of year-end/year-begin tasks and audits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, which includes sending periodic communications and assisting with payroll inquiries via phone, email, e-portals, etc.
  • Liaise/collaborate with regional payroll partners (i.e., Human Resources, Finance teams, etc.).
  • Assist senior team member(s) with the maintenance of internal payroll operational process guides and workflows.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with EMEA & LA Payroll.
  • Basic understanding of payroll principles, tax, and labour law regulations is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - particularly in Excel is required.

This is a full-time (5 days per week) position and will require three days a week in the office and 2 days from home.
