Neuberger Berman in London seeks a junior qualified lawyer to support the EMEA legal team on corporate and investment management issues, with a particular emphasis on ESG rules. The role involves liaising with colleagues in the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan to implement distribution strategies and manage day-to-day asset management matters.

You will draft and review a wide range of documents, advise on regulatory changes, and help ensure compliance across UCITS, SICAV, and other fund.
