Studio manger. – Luxury Fashion Brand.

This fast growing luxury fashion brand are seeking a Studion Manager to manage and support their RTW and Accessories Design team.

You will be responsible for the following;

Manage the design studio, covering the RTW, leather goods and footwear departments.

Create and manage the Critical path for all collection sampling.

Ensured the studio space is always organised and running efficiently.

Work with the CPO/Director of Menswear and Womenswear on the studio calendar, highlighting conflicting timings making amendments and communicating with all key Stakeholders the wider team in London.

Manage all collection fitting days – booking and coordinating photographers, models, catering and general logistics.

Project manage any VIP/ Special projects and collaboration samples/final outfits.

Budget management of the studio, research, travel, shoot and expenses.

Organise and manage the atelier space and backstage setup for the fashion shows in Paris.

Organise all team travel for shows, trade fairs, special events, supplier fittings and shoots.

Keep stock of all materials, fabric, haberdashery, and research that is required seasonally and ordering from suppliers when needed.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with international suppliers, respected agencies, and their talent and across the wider business.

Project manage the seasonal look book shoots.

Manage the Studio Coordinator’s workflow.

Support in the hiring of the Design and Fabric team.
