The business is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role focused on procurement, contracts, commercial risk, supply chain management, cost control and project delivery across a growing construction portfolio.
Working closely with senior leadership, responsibilities will include:
- Commercial management from pre-construction through to final account
- Procurement, tendering and contract negotiation
- Budget management, forecasting, variations and claims
- Managing contractors, consultants and suppliers
- Commercial reporting, governance and risk management
- Supporting scalable delivery processes for future growth
