The business is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK.

This is a senior, hands-on commercial role focused on procurement, contracts, commercial risk, supply chain management, cost control and project delivery across a growing construction portfolio.

Working closely with senior leadership, responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial management from pre-construction through to final account
  • Procurement, tendering and contract negotiation
  • Budget management, forecasting, variations and claims
  • Managing contractors, consultants and suppliers
  • Commercial reporting, governance and risk management
  • Supporting scalable delivery processes for future growth

The role would suit someone with strong commercial management experience across infrastructure, construction, energy, utilities, EV charging, logistics or related sectors.

Candidates should have:

  • Strong commercial and contract management experience
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers and work packages
  • Knowledge of procurement, cost control and commercial reporting
