The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with tubing, tube bending, tube fabrication or tube forming, ideally within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment. This is a practical, hands-on role where you will be involved in setting, operating and producing high-quality tubular components to engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate tube bending and forming machinery.
- Produce tubular components accurately to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Carry out tube bending, cutting, forming and fabrication operations.
- Set tooling, fixtures and machinery as required.
- Inspect components using appropriate measuring equipment.
Experience with tube manipulation, tube forming, rotary draw bending, mandrel bending or CNC tube bending would be highly advantageous.
