Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day running of the business and offers a mix of traditional PA responsibilities alongside wider administrative and project support across our growing portfolio of onshore wind projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or senior administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and wants exposure to the renewable energy sector, with potential for growth alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, confidential personal assistance to the CEO
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
- Act as a key point of contact, managing internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, briefing notes, and reports
- Organise, maintain, and manage project documentation, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, team events, and stakeholder engagements
- Support tracking of actions, deadlines, and key project milestones
- Assist with general office management and day-to-day operational support
- Provide administrative support to the wider development team as required
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to improve efficiency, organisation, and workflow
- Support onboarding processes and internal coordination as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or senior administrator
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn about the renewable energy sector
