A leading national property consultancy is seeking an experienced Surveyor (Senior or Associate level) to join their Infrastructure & Energy team in the North of England. You’ll work on major rail, road, and energy projects, advising on land acquisition, access, CPO, compensation, and valuation, helping deliver nationally significant infrastructure while supporting landowners and clients alike.
What you’ll do:
- Provide valuation and compensation advice for rural and infrastructure assets.
- Negotiate land rights, leases, and access agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, claimants, and landowners.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer preferred).
- Background in rural or infrastructure surveying.
- Strong communicator with negotiation and client‑facing skills.
- A proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
