This Environment Manager role is a 12–14 month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to step into a well-established portfolio of onshore wind and energy park projects with real delivery momentum. The Role
- You will lead environmental and biodiversity input across a portfolio of renewable energy developments, supporting projects from early-stage appraisal through planning and consent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading environmental strategy to maximise project consentability
- Providing expert input into site design, planning and EIA processes
- Managing environmental statements, technical assessments and consultant teams
- Identifying and delivering biodiversity net gain, habitat and mitigation strategies
- Advising on environmental risk, policy compliance and best practice
- Engaging with statutory bodies, stakeholders and internal project teams
About You
- You will bring strong experience in environmental management within renewable energy development
