We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager (Freelance Contractor) to support the delivery of cutting-edge energy infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a mission-driven team at the forefront of the UK’s transition to net zero.
Location: Gretna (Hybrid – mix of on-site & home)
Contract Type: Freelance, full-time engagement - 6 months (extension likely).
Day Rate: Competitive (based on experience)

Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting the project delivery team through construction and commissioning phases (project currently in commissioning).
- Coordinating third-party contractors and consultants on-site.
- Assisting with grid connection processes and compliance tracking.
- Producing key project documentation (plans, reports, risk registers, etc.).
- Attending site visits, reviewing technical documents, and contributing to meetings.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Prior experience in project or construction environments, preferably in the power sector.
