- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Assist operators and setup personnel when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of techniques, tooling, and materials
- Ability to communicate and train as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficiency throughout the company
- Ability to use standard measuring equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges
