The Conference and Event Floor Manager is responsible for facilitating the guest experience in a unique and sincere way while ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all conference, banqueting, and event operations. Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of conference and banqueting events, ensuring exceptional service standards. Coordinate with the Events, Kitchen, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery from setup to breakdown. Manage and motivate the conference and banqueting team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Ensure all function rooms are set up according to event specifications and company standards. Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to exceed expectations. Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources effectively to meet business demands. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout all event spaces. Ensure Health and Safety compliance in the department. Support stock control, equipment maintenance, and ordering requirements within the department. Drive revenue opportunities by promoting exceptional service, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and event organisers.
