An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a Full-Time Training Assistant at our Head Office and support the development of engaging learning experiences across our organisation.

Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a positive learning environment, ensuring all staff are motivated and equipped to succeed.

The Role

This role is primarily office-based, although may be required to attend different branches, events, and meetings with external training suppliers. You are responsible for supporting the learning and development department and delivering training sessions which influence and improve employee performance and productivity. Working alongside the Head of Training and Development as well as Human Resources.

General Duties:

  • Establish team and employee/s capability and learning gaps, in line with Company performance outcomes and to enable effective evaluation
  • Design and create learning materials for specialised learning opportunities within the Company
  • Plan and organise training sessions, including compiling new starter welcome packs and any learning materials to support the workshops
  • Consistently support colleagues and collaborate with their teams to deliver learning and development outcomes
  • Any other duties as required

You will need:

  • A passion for property & people
  • Minimum 3 years Industry experience in Sales/Lettings
  • A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills
  • An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • NAEA/MARLA accreditation advantageous but not essential

Salary: Β£30,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
