Ceetech Ltd, part of the RSK Group, are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor based in South East, UK (Suffolk/Essex). This is a full time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Review contract conditions, and administer commercial documentation/notices throughout the project.
  • Valuation: Manage the application process, and evaluate interim payments.
  • Variations & Claims: Identify, price, and negotiate variations or change orders with clients and supply chains.
  • Financial Reporting: Undertake monthly cost-value reconciliation (CVR), cash flow tracking, and forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: (3-5+ years) of commercial and post-contract experience focused on M&E work packages.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction law, and standard industry contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
  • Skills: Excellent numerical, negotiation, and IT skills (proficient in Excel and measurement software). Must work well in a team environment.
