We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Product Data Administrator to join our team in Droitwich Spa on a fixed term contract for a duration of 6 months.
You will support the Product Data Manager in maintaining accurate product information across our business systems, helping ensure products can be purchased, manufactured, stocked, sold and delivered effectively.
You will work closely with Product Management, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product master data across ERP, WMS and related business systems.
- Validate and audit product information to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness.
- Support new product introductions and product lifecycle activities, including launches, changes and discontinuations.
- Maintain product attributes, dimensions, specifications, pricing and logistics data.
- Produce regular reports on data quality and investigate discrepancies raised by internal teams.
- Work with Product Management, Procurement, Operations and Finance to gather information for product setup.
- Maintain document libraries and supporting product records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects involving product data and business processes.
What We Are Looking For
- One to two years’ experience in an administrative, data, supply chain or product support role is desirable.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, database or warehouse-management systems is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of information.
- Excellent attention to detail, with good numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach across departments.
- The ability to identify errors, investigate root causes and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
- A qualification in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or a related discipline would be beneficial.
