Job Overview:

We are inviting applications for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Leicester site. In this role, you will help ensure our warehouse runs safely, smoothly and efficiently every day. If you enjoy leading and motivating people, improving ways of working and maintaining high operational standards, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

About Us

Navigator Tissue UK Ltd is part of The Navigator Company. Previously known as Accrol Group and established in 1993, Navigator Tissue UK is the UK’s leading independent tissue converter, producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll, facial tissue products and a range of wet wipes for many of the UK’s major grocery retailers. We currently have five manufacturing sites across the UK in Blackburn, Leyland, Leicester, Flint and Bridgwater. We are also in the process of moving manufacturing from Blackburn to Leyland, and from Flint and Bridgwater to Leicester.

Our vision is to deliver the best possible value to UK consumers through essential everyday tissue and wet wipe products. We encourage everyone to do one thing better every day, supporting our people through clear communication, development opportunities and strong ethical business values.

About You

You may be an experienced warehouse professional with a background in FMCG operations, or someone who has built strong leadership skills in a fast-paced logistics environment. You take pride in creating a safe, well-organised workplace and are confident using, or willing to further develop your skills with, a range of MHE equipment. You stay calm under pressure, adapt when priorities change and make sound decisions quickly. You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.

The Role

You will lead from the front, championing a safety-first culture and ensuring tasks are completed in line with Health & Safety policies and SOPs. You will motivate a multi-skilled team to achieve daily targets and support inbound and outbound operations with a hands‑on approach, including the use of MHE where required. You will help maintain inventory accuracy above 99%, plan labour effectively and support strong service levels and OTIF performance. You will also drive continuous improvement across the warehouse, maintain clear communication and thorough handovers, and help keep the site clean, organised and audit‑ready.
