This critical role will involve troubleshooting complex issues across Azure, Cloudflare, and device connectivity, serving as a technical liaison between engineering and customer success teams.## Key Responsibilities* Ensure the reliable and secure operation of the company’s cloud-based telematics platform* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Azure, Cloudflare, and device connectivity infrastructure* Act as a technical bridge between the engineering and customer success teams, translating technical requirements and providing guidance* Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and implement preventative measures* Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize infrastructure, improve scalability, and enhance security* Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions to knowledge-share with the wider team* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud infrastructure management## Requirements* Extensive experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a cloud-based environment* Strong technical expertise in Azure, Cloudflare, and device connectivity technologies* Proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders* Proficient in project management, process documentation, and knowledge sharing* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes## Compensation
