As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be supporting the Customer team on our United Utilities contracts of work. Working as part of the team, you will get hands‑on experience answering customer and client enquiries by phone, website and email, as well as meeting customers face to face whilst visiting our operational sites.

Guided by skilled colleagues, you’ll learn how to deliver outstanding service and make sure daily tasks run smoothly. Every day will offer new opportunities to learn, grow your confidence and shape your path for a rewarding future in customer service.

As part of your role, you will be enrolled onto a level 2 (or 3) apprenticeship in customer service, based on your current level of qualification.
