Networkology is seeking a Cisco Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand into 2025, weβre building a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
- Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
- Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
- Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
- Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining incident records
What You Bring
