Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cisco Engineer with expertise in Unified Communications to join our team full-time on-site in a secure environment. This role focuses on deploying, supporting, and maintaining Cisco UC technologies including Expressway, VOIP systems, and Webex Boards within a classified network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions
  • Implement and maintain Cisco Expressway for secure remote communications.
  • Manage and support VOIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Deploy and maintain Cisco Webex Boards for collaborative meeting spaces.
  • Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of UC services.
  • Provide full-time on-site technical support in accordance with secure environment requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with MOD and Government security protocols.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Cisco UC, Expressway, and VOIP technologies.
  • Proficiency in deploying and supporting Cisco Webex Boards.
  • Experience working in MOD or highly secure classified environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Must hold current SC clearance; MOD DV or Enhanced DV highly desirable.
