South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Occupational Health Unit Manager based at Headquarters, Llantrisant, to lead delivery, development and coordination of Occupational Health services for around 1,700 employees.
Reporting to the Head of People Services, the role manages all Occupational Health staff, ensures clinical governance, confidentiality, and timely advice to support wellbeing, attendance and safe return to work.
