Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service is currently recruiting for a Crew Manager (Control) position within our Fire Control team at Leamington Spa Headquarters.
This is an excellent opportunity for competent Firefighters (Control) who are looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a supervisory role, as well as existing Crew Managers (Control) who may be considering a move to Warwickshire from another Fire and Rescue Service.
Fire Control is at the heart of our emergency response. It is a role that requires calm decision-making, strong communication skills, effective leadership and the ability to support colleagues and communities when they need us most.
Working within our newly refurbished Control room, you will help lead a team responsible for emergency call handling, mobilising resources and supporting operational incidents across Warwickshire.
