Networking Women in the Fire Service is looking for a People Services Manager – People Operations to lead and oversee a high-volume operational and specialist portfolio across Shared Services, Pensions, and Reward & Benefits.

This permanent position demands strong HR knowledge and offers a salary between Β£51,356 – Β£52,413 for 37 hours per week, based at the Headquarters in Llantrisant. The postholder will drive improvements in service quality and employee experience.
