The Professional Standards Unit Administration Partner provides confidential, impartial, and secure administrative support to the Professional Standards Unit. The role supports the PSU Lead and PSU Caseworker by keeping restricted records, coordinating case administration, and ensuring cases progress in line with Service procedures, standards and timelines. The role requires exceptional confidentiality, accuracy, and neutrality. The postholder will handle sensitive information relating to conduct, behaviour, grievance, disciplinary and safeguarding matters and must work strictly within defined boundaries. When workload allows, the postholder may also support the wider Colleague Support Partner team in People Services.
