Pay and Application Process
From 1 April 2024, new development or acting-up role entrants will receive development rates of pay, as set out by the National Joint Council.

- Your perspective on how the role of Group Manager contributes to Service priorities
- Experience in fostering a positive culture of health, safety, and wellbeing at work
- Strategies used to inspire others to be productive at work
