Eligibility
This role requires working from the office five days per week.
Assessment Overview
Stage 1 Online application, CV and evidence to address the selection criteria (sift).
- Experience of working flexibly as part of a team.
- Experience of organising, planning and prioritising work and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- The ability to liaise effectively and appropriately with staff at all levels and to ensure good customer care practice.
- An understanding of the reasons for the need to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security of data and other sensitive material, and how this can be achieved in an office environment.
Stage 2 Assessment for this role is due to take place from early-September 2026 at our Assessment Centre in Hammersmith.
Please be advised that if you are unable to make the scheduled assessment date, we may not be able to make alternative arrangements.

Criminal records check
In line with the Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) employment checks will be completed by successful candidates, which will include a Standard criminal records check. Successful candidate will be required to declare any convictions for offences and any offer of employment is subject to the LFC receiving a criminal records disclosure which it considers satisfactory.
