We're hiring a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to support candidate sourcing, delivery, contractor care and the wider recruitment operation. You don't need years of recruitment experience. We're much more interested in your attitude, work ethic, communication skills and willingness to learn.

You'll receive full training and work alongside experienced recruiters, learning how to:

  • Source and engage candidates
  • Review CVs and match candidates to vacancies
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines
  • Speak with candidates and contractors
  • Support interviews and candidate submissions
  • Look after contractors throughout their assignments
  • Assist with onboarding, compliance and timesheets
  • Develop your knowledge of technology recruitment
  • Build valuable recruitment, sales and relationship-management skills
