Contract: Platform Stability Engineer
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - London 2 days a week on site
Rate: £600-£675 a day (Outside IR35 determination)
Overview
An experienced Platform Stability Engineer to be embedded into BAU operational processes to ensure effective triage, accelerate remediation and supplement engineering capacity during transformation delivery delivering solution development.
Key Scope
- Embed into BAU operations - incident triage, escalation and hands-on remediation.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis on production issues; partner with engineering teams on fix delivery.
- Provide backfill engineering capacity on a defined-term basis where required.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and knowledge-base uplift.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years cross-discipline engineering experience across any of: EUC, identity, network, collaboration or observability.
- Demonstrable experience operating inside a regulated enterprise BAU operations environment.
- Ability to triage and resolve complex technical issues under time pressure.
- Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry, including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance.
