Senior Process Optimisation Consultant

Our client is currently searching for a Senior Process Optimisation Consultant to join their team in London to support a Business Change piece.

Within this position, you will lead the mapping, analysis, and optimisation of critical processes that support Business Change, ensuring efficiency, flexibility, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in HR and IT to map and define current workflows and product suite, identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement innovative solutions that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Live process map identifying products, data flows and manual interventions in the WSI product suite
  2. Recommendations for optimisation, highlighting and assessing risks
  3. Proposed implementation plan for resolution agreed with Head of Delivery and Head of Products and Services
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and define current workflows
  5. Work closely with technical team members to help implement new solutions

Experience Required:

  1. Experienced with Process Mapping
  2. Business Analysis skillset
  3. Experience working in a consultative mindset
  4. Experience working within agile frameworks
  5. Strong stakeholder management
