Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants from opportunity qualification to solution delivery. Architect and propose innovative, validated network and security designs. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate technical documentation and act as a point of contact for delivery and support teams. Identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge. Required Experience:
Experience in Managed IT, networking, or telecoms. Solid technical knowledge across at least two areas: Networking, SD-WAN, SASE, Cyber Security. Understanding of TCP/IP, L2/L3 switching, OSPF/BGP, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networking principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Agile, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
