Myn are looking for an ambitious, skilled and client centric Recruitment Business Owner to join our aggressively expanding network.
The ideal profile will have either recently launched their own business or be about to begin the journey to become an independent recruiter.
We are looking for recruiters who have clients they can bring them and want support to acquire further new contract or permanent business.
Myn will provide you with everything you need to run your operation
Bespoke business development campaigns, resourcing & back-office support, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access and advertising on the most relevant jobs board.

What you will bring:
3+ years as an agency recruiter within the Finance sector, filling roles at all levels. Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target. Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation Comfortable using a range of different tools to source for passive and active candidates Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale your business Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance.
