The Role As SEN Provision Lead, you will: Support the completion of EHCPs and other SEND processes, ensuring the voices of children and their families are central to the outcomes. Be familiar with the SEND Tribunal process and the mechanisms for family appeals. Attend multi-agency meetings to offer expert insight into childrens needs and how to achieve the best outcomes for them. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reviewing progress regularly and ensuring clear data management. Organise and prioritise your workload effectively, meeting deadlines and working within budget constraints. Collaborate with a multi-agency team, contributing to shared knowledge and expertise. Take part in regular training and peer support sessions with other SEND professionals. This role demands strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, inclusive approach. About You To succeed in this role, youll need: A relevant professional qualification (minimum GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above) alongside post-qualification training and experience. Proven experience working within the SEN field, with knowledge of statutory processes. A solid understanding of the work of Local Authorities or similarly complex organisations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports on childrens progress and needs. Administrative skills, including data management to inform service performance. A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusion. A full UK driving licence.
