Myn are looking for an ambitious, skilled and technically proficient Freelance Sales Recruiter to join our aggressively expanding network.
The ideal profile will have a proven background of filling roles across all levels in the construction sector and be focused on resourcing, process management and delivery.
Myn will provide you with everything you need to run your operation
AI sourcing tools, back-office support, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access and advertising on the most relevant jobs board.

2+ years as an agency recruiter within the Sales vertical, filling roles at all levels. Proven ability to fill requirements in agreed time frames (20-hour commitment) Comfortable using a range of different tools to source for passive and active candidates. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance.
