Events Coordinator (Administrator) London / Hybrid Contract until the end of 2025 Competitive rate of pay HSBC Innovation Bank are looking for an Events Coordinator (Administrator) to join their team in London. The Events Coordinator (Administrator) will provide critical and wide-ranging support to the events function without HSBC Innovation Banking. Principal Responsibilities: Event Coordinators have a wide range of duties to complete, and they may be required to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Contract management with key suppliers Invoice management uploading invoices to our in-house portal, raising the necessary accompanying POs, tracking the status of invoices, working with internal procurement teams where necessary Venue sourcing alongside our third-party agency Venue booking confirmations both internally and externally Speaker and attendee changes Name badge creation and distribution Management of in-house events cupboard Coordination of Monday.com events board Requirements: An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong organization and time management skills An ability to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of HINV bank operations and products Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint TPBN1_UKTJ
