FinEX Technology is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to undertake a Delivery Lead role within the organisation, principally to support the delivery of the Digital Acceleration Programme (DAP) within FinEX. The role is responsible for supporting the FinEX organisation through the DAP Transformation activities, including implementation of Value Streams, Agile ways of working and the definition of the Future State Architecture roadmap across 2000+ FinEX staff, supporting 400+ applications which run on multiple technology platforms. The role holder is required to have domain expertise in Agile ways of working and Workforce Transformation.

Education and Relevant Experience
- Track record of delivering sustainable outcomes in an enterprise scale organisation.
- Experience in technology workforce transformation, with a track record of successfully implementing agile ways of working.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical delivery concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and assess complex technology landscapes preferred.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives preferred.
