Community Practitioner (Adult Social Care) Location: South East of England Myn is recruiting on behalf of our long-term client. Help adults live full and independent lives. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, mediation, and negotiation skills. Strong IT and administrative capabilities. The ability to manage workloads independently and as part of a team. A commitment to promoting independence and innovative approaches to care. Flexibility to travel and work varied hours to meet service needs.
