Join our high-performing team as a Business Development Manager, where youll lead the charge in securing new MSP and RPO partnerships across diverse industries.

Youll be bringing in clients for these Independent Recruiters to manage by offering scalable talent solutions and elevating our brand as a trusted workforce partner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, target and nurture prospective clients in need of workforce outsourcing solutions (MSP/RPO)
– Design and pitch tailored solutions that align with client challenges in contingent and permanent hiring
– Lead strategic conversations with CHROs, TA leads, Procurement teams and C-suite stakeholders
– Navigate complex sales cycles with high-value contracts, guiding prospects from first touch to signed agreement
– Collaborate with implementation, delivery and legal teams to build seamless, scalable, and profitable solutions
– Track market trends, competitor offerings and evolving client needs to refine go-to-market strategy
About You:
– You will have proven experience winning MSP, RPO, or large-scale staffing contracts
– Ideally you will have won solutions within either Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Financial Services and / or the Criminal Justice Sector
– Deep understanding of workforce models, talent tech, vendor management systems, and sourcing strategies
– Confident communicator, skilled at crafting proposals and influencing senior stakeholders
– Strategic thinker who thrives on building long-term, high-value partnerships
– Comfortable navigating ambiguity and customizing each solution to the client\’s unique context
