An exciting (remote) opportunity exists for a skilled Power Platform & AI Developer to join a specialist UK based technology consulting and automation team focused on delivering intelligent business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about automation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise application development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior architects and stakeholders to design, build, and deploy scalable Power Platform and AI-driven solutions that enable organisations to modernise business processes and improve operational efficiency. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Dynamics 365, and Azure integration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build applications using Power Apps and automate business processes with Power Automate.
- Develop and enhance AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, security standards, and best practices.
- Deliver client-facing solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Integrate systems and applications through APIs and Azure-based services.
- Develop and maintain Dataverse-based solutions and data models.
- Contribute to internal development frameworks, reusable components, and capability-building initiatives.
- Participate in solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation activities.
- Support the transition of AI and automation initiatives from proof-of-concept to production-ready environments.

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
