In this role, the ideal candidate will take ownership of the intelligence capabilities within a rapidly growing product that helps organisations manage work, processes, knowledge, and decision-making. This is a rare opportunity to combine deep technical expertise, AI leadership, and product ownership in a role where your work will directly influence how businesses operate.
- Own and drive the AI roadmap alongside Product Owners.
- Design and deliver production-grade AI capabilities that create measurable business outcomes.
- Build, evaluate, and improve agentic solutions, retrieval systems, organisational knowledge capabilities, and learning loops.
- Work directly with users to understand operational challenges and translate them into intelligent product features.
- Mentor and uplift engineering teams through patterns, standards, reviews, and best practices.
- Remain hands-on, writing code and shipping improvements in a modern Microsoft technology stack.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core)
Experience building AI solutions using:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Foundry
- Microsoft AI SDKs
- Microsoft Agent Framework
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Agent evaluation and production-grade LLM implementations
Ability to bridge the gap between business problems and AI solutions
Experience owning product outcomes, not just technical components
Strong understanding of organisational knowledge, retrieval systems, governance, and AI reliability
Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
Bonus Experience
- Multi-agent / agent-to-agent architectures
- Event-driven systems (Azure Service Bus)
- API-first product environments
- AI governance, capability gating, and auditability.
