Established over 50 year ago, our client is a global HR Tech organisation with offices across Europe & Asia.

Focused on employee lifecycle, their software is used by a range of businesses including Five Guys, Travelodge and Vodafone, as well as 20% of Top Retailers.

Having growth continuously year-on-year, they are now growing out their new business team and looking for an SDR Manager to come onboard, leading 3x SDRs & expanding this team in the longer team.

This is a key role in driving their outbound success; successful candidates can expect to be providing mentoring, driving success across the team, and driving commercial outcomes from within the new business function itself.

This is a hybrid role, with 2x days per week in their Watford office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3x SDRs, providing ongoing training and support to facilities a high-performing, positive working environment
  • Continue to expand the SDR team in the long-term
  • Develop & support in executing an outbound prospecting strategy for the team, collaborating with senior leadership team on overall business goals
  • Implement and optimize all established processes across the team
  • Monitor & analyse SDR performance, assessing effectiveness & adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Prepare regular sales reporting for wider leadership team
  • Leverage CRM & sales tools to enhance team productivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams where necessary (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success etc.)
  • Support in recruiting & maintaining a strong SDR team including interviewing, onboarding and career pathing
  • The Successful Candidate
  • 12+ months in a similar SDR Manager / Team Lead position; leadership experience within a software sales team is essential
  • Managing a team of outbound SDRs/BDRs is essential
  • A link to the HR Tech space or similar would be a plus
  • Wider software industry experience would also be considered
  • Commutable to Watford 2x days per week
  • Basic salary: up to £55,000
