They're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow a customer base of supermarkets, petrol stations, independent retailers, and Cash & Carry outlets across Oxford and the surrounding area.
You'll build relationships, increase product distribution, improve merchandising standards, and support customers with product knowledge and trading agreements across a portfolio of market-leading FMCG brands. Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to join a global FMCG leader.
- Build strong relationships with retail customers across your territory
- Improve merchandising and in-store visibility
- Educate customers on products, promotions and trading agreements
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and market share
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
Any sales background will be considered (both B2C and B2B sales). FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required. You should be comfortable working independently in a field-based role and possess a full UK driving licence.
