Senior Commercial Manager – Events
Our client is a fast-growth scale-up organisation who host a range of events across the year for businesses to showcase their product offering on a national scale. Their events drive in-person collaboration and provide valuable networking opportunities for their clients.
They are a multi-award-winning business and are currently working through a strategic 5-year plan to build on the rapid growth they are currently experiencing. As a result, they are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team who will be responsible for both new business acquisition and existing account management.
This is a hybrid role, working from both their Surrey head office and WFH.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from a range of new & existing clients, including through upselling & cross-selling
- Manage long-term sales pipeline
- Manage inbound leads where necessary
- Build strong relationships with clients (both virtually & in-person), ensuring for high levels of client retention
- Act as a strong point of contact for clients’ queries
- Ensure for accurate CRM system management
The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years’ experience in the B2B events space including exhibition space & event sponsorship
- New business experience is essential alongside experience growing existing accounts & building long-term relationships with clients
- Commutable to Surrey
Senior Commercial Manager Package
- Basic salary: up to £50,000
- OTE: +40%
