The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in building long-term relationships with leading organisations. Responsibilities include driving new business acquisition, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the wider mission.
This is a hybrid position, reporting to their London office 2 days per week.

Senior Account Executive (Enterprise)
Responsibilities
- Identify & prospect new business opportunities within enterprise-level organisations
- Manage full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies
- Manage a long-term sales pipeline to ensure continued success & revenue generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing the full sales cycle is required
- A background selling related software is ideal e.g. EdTech, HRTech, LMS, Employee Engagement, L&D, RecTech
- Experience selling into enterprise-level organizations is essential
- Commutable to central London office
